See how it works
The gold is in the drawer. The details are in someone's memory.
What did the set cost? How much went to the making charge? Whose bracelet is whose, and what zakat is due this year? Dahabji keeps the answer with every piece.
Every piece with its photo and invoice
Zakat for each person, by the opinion you choose
Locked with Face ID, if you like
Every piece in its place.
Karat, weight, price paid and making charge, whose it is and where it came from, with up to five photos and five invoice pages each. Gold you hold for someone else is recorded and never counted as yours.
- A name you choose: "Mama's engagement ring".
- Photos from the camera or your library, and invoices scanned with the camera.
- A set is one piece.
- Sold, gifted, melted or lost? The archive keeps what left the vault, and a delete can be undone.

Today's gold price, or your shop's.
24k, 22k, 21k and 18k in dinars, riyals or dirhams, plus Jordan's Rashadi and English liras. Type your shop's price and the vault is valued at it.
- Buy and sell prices for every karat.
- Price history from one day to five years.
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and gold prices on the Lock Screen while you are at the jeweller.
- Six calculators, always free: shop price breakdown, a fair price check before you buy, karat converter, grams and value, selling estimate, and a zakat on gold calculator.
Jordan's prices are an estimate following the syndicate's bulletin; Saudi and UAE prices are indicative.

The whole family in one vault.
Each person, their gold, its value. Add the family by name, and see each person's pieces, their total, their weight by karat and their hawl date.

Each person's zakat, by the opinion you choose.
You choose the opinion, and its source shows under it:
- The Jordan Iftaa Department
- Ibn Baz and the Permanent Committee
- The ZATCA individuals' zakat guide
- The UAE Fatwa Council
- The Hanafi school
- Or your own
Nisab and a Hijri hawl for each owner, with a reminder before it falls due. If your gold drops below nisab during the hawl, Dahabji asks you and never decides for you.
Dahabji works out the amount; the opinion is yours. The calculation is not a fatwa. For your own case, ask a scholar you trust.

Your gold stays on your iPhone.
No account and no ads. Your vault is kept on your phone under iOS protection, photos and invoices are encrypted by the app, and it goes to iCloud only if you turn sync on.
It stays with you
Your pieces, names, photos and invoices are kept on your phone, with no account.
Photos and invoices are encrypted
The app encrypts them on the device and saves them without location data.
Only prices come in
The app downloads today's gold prices. Nothing about you or your gold is sent with that request.
The lock
Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode can guard the app every time you come back to it.

A record for heirs or an insurer.
A PDF in Arabic or English, with photos and invoices, for the family or one person, plus a CSV for your spreadsheet.
- A cover with the totals, and Gregorian and Hijri dates.
- A card for every piece with its photo and details, and each person's zakat.
- The invoices in an appendix, one to a page.

Questions before you start
Do I need an account?
No. No sign up, no email, no phone number. Open the app and start.
Where are my pieces kept?
On your iPhone under iOS protection, with photos and invoices encrypted by the app. And in your own iCloud if you turn sync on; no other server holds them.
Are the prices exact?
Jordan's are an estimate following the syndicate's bulletin, and Saudi and UAE prices are indicative. The app shows when a price was last updated. Your shop's price can differ, and you can type it to value the vault at it.
Does Dahabji rule on zakat?
No. It calculates by the opinion you choose and shows its source; it never chooses for you. For your own case, ask a scholar you trust.
What if I change phones?
iCloud sync with the same Apple Account, or an encrypted backup file with a passphrase you choose. The backup is free on every plan.
What do I keep without Pro?
Two pieces, today's prices, the six calculators, zakat for one person and the backup, free for good. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted.
Which countries does it cover?
Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in dinars, riyals and dirhams. You choose your country when you start and can change it in More.
Is it on Android?
No. Dahabji is for iPhone only, iOS 18 or later.
Start with one piece.
A photo, a karat and a weight, and you see what it is worth today.
